WORLDWIDE - The Singha Chronicles: "By Royal Permission"

With the machinery imported and construction begun, His Majesty King Rama VII visited Boon Rawd Brewery twice to check out the progress during the building of the brewery. Impressed by what he saw, in 1939, Boon Rawd Brewery became the first and only brewery to granted the Royal Permission. The Royal Warrant and the phrase "By Royal Permission" still grace the neck of every bottle of Singha Beer.

This Warrant, featuring the supreme Garuda, is granted to companies that are seen as having a good and righteous name, quality products and services, and are a good representation of the kingdom internationally. It is an extremely rare and prestigious bestowment upon any Thai company. We at Boon Rawd Brewery are enormously honored and proud, and will continue to uphold the good name and representation to the highest of our abilities.

As you enjoy your Singha Beer this weekend, take a long look at the Royal Warrent on the neck of your Singha bottle and know that you are drinking the very best.
